At FixEngine, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can delete your data at any time through your profile settings in the app or by contacting our support team.
Important: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any important diagnostic reports or information before proceeding.
The easiest way to delete your data is directly through the FixEngine app:
Launch the FixEngine app on your mobile device and make sure you're signed in to your account.
Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the "Profile" section in the app menu.
Look for "Privacy & Data" or "Account Settings" in your profile menu.
Find and tap on the "Delete My Data" or "Delete Account" option.
Review what will be deleted and confirm your decision. You may need to enter your password or verify your identity.
